@Hero of Comedy: But in truth, she was never a boy. She was a boy in body, but she was always a girl in mind and spirit. So, there's really nothing to be freaked out about. She's a girl, she just had the wrong body originally. In fact, transsexuals tend to be almost bi-gender in that they still enjoy things from their birth sex's side. So, you may have more in common with a girl who was a guy then with an actual legitimate girl. As well, they were brought up as a guy (or girl depending on their birth sex, but since we're talking about an MtF here, we'll go with guy), so they understand where you come from better. They understand why you like things you like and even might like them, too.

I am a bit freaked out by the concept of dating a girl who used to be a boy. And yet, I cannot look at this without saying "Awww"
